Development definitions and the approaches have been changed over time, but the core remain the same-to work with and for the most disadvantaged. Scales and replicabilities are two new jargons do not go along with the term excluded and their incorporation in the development. !
The university graduates who doesn’t want a white collar jobs and ready to roll up their sleeves and gets their hand muddy in the name of development .. they are our people. This journey is an opportunity to interact, observe and reflect in a village stay to ‘unlearn’ and start afresh. This clearly gives an option to choose direct development action as a career.
